We all want to be young, energetic and healthy to enjoy our lives and do the things we want to do. In this transforming, uplifting, playful and practical workshop we will remove years off our age from simple practices. Receive inspiration, tools, energy and passion to uplift your vital life energy and begin to grow younger right here and now!! :-) Come and join us, all are welcome!
- the 5 Tibetan Rites; how they work to assist you to gain health, vitality and energy. These ancient exercises are considered to be a form of Tibetan Yoga that normalize and harmonize the energy centres in the body. They are easy to learn, and can be mastered by everyone.
- new and uplifting ways to think to keep yourself young at heart and in mind. You may have beliefs about growing older that are unhelpful and making you 'age' faster than necessary. We use a series of fun and interactive techniques to reprogram and rewire our neural pathways to fuel us with fresh new ways to perceive ourselves.
- a bunch of playful exercises to get us in touch with the child inside us, make us younger, less inhibited, more creative, light-hearted, expansive, energetic and open-hearted. Laughing and playing has huge health benefits to our body, mind and spirit.
- the healthy, natural and simple eating style of the Tibetan lamas that contributed to their incredible vitality and longevity. We will explore our eating styles, and discover ways to eat for ourselves that contribute to greater health, vitality and energy.
